To all Chinese around the globe, GONG XI FA CAI and may all have a prosperous Dragon year ahed!! Moving next, what's in store? It's going to be about the world most Vertical City, HONG KONG and then bits of MACAO.

This entry was started to compose when i got back home 2 weeks bak but then i was just too lazy to update further till today so it's gonna be more of pics than wordings :)

Queuing for the tram at the peak

First visit in HK was the Victoria Peak which features the Peak Tower and the Peak Tram. Victoria Peak is the highest point in HK which is 554 meters above sea level. We hopped on a city bus from Admiralty MTR to the Peak, it cost $9.80 per person. The double decker bus ride was thrilling, super awesome I would say!

Once we hit the PEAK, 1st thing i saw was a shopping mall called Peak Galleria, dont be suprise as i see malls everywhere in hk :)

Then we got into the Tram, me sitting inside without having a clue where it's heading :( In less than 10mins, the Tram hit the lower peak and all was asked to go out. Big Disappointment!!! Single trip to bottom cost $28 which not worth it.

Unless you really want to experience the oldest mode of public transportation in hk, head over to lower peak and then get the tram to The Peak (single journey $18). From the Peak, hop on the city bus which takes you to 1 of the MTR station. It's best to head over to The Peak to view the night scene!!

Next, lets head over to Victoria Harbour. Those who went to HK before recommended to catch Symphony of Lights at Avenue of Stars, it starts at 8pm daily. I'm nt sure if luck wasn't at my side on the first day of d trip, it wasnt a great show afterall although u dont pay any penny to see it! It's just lights flashing on the building in Hong Kong Island and you see across from Kowloon Island.

We head back to Cosmopolitan and the first day in hk ended. Day 2 started with Dialogue in The Dark :) I found this during my search for places of interest in Hong Kong in TripAdvisor and honestly this was once in a lifetime experience and our guide Daniel was superb :D

Spot the braille?

DiD arranged a special slot for us to experience the life in Hong Kong in the dark. Big round of applause to the entire team!!

Shanghai Street

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all :)

Well, i know i'm late but better late than never. lol. So what's up everyone? How's your new year resolutions gettting on? Talking bout resolutions, a fren of mine told me, " I tell you, each of us would have "weight loss" targets in the resolution list"!! So do you have one, i have to admit that I do have one. hehehe
But lets see what happens when 2013 nearing if this same resolution gonna stick still on the list :P

I was goggling on baking utensils in HK, yess yess i'm heading there in less than 24hours *blush* which made me to land on this blog mochachocolatarita who has a entry on Shanghai Street!!!!

All I can say is look at the pictures from this blog and the next you ever want is to VISIT SHANGHAI STREET :) :)
